Real Estate 100 is at the center of the revolution in real estate sales. It starts with low and transparent fees. Our system is designed to put sellers in control of their sale. In the past it was required to “co-broker” your home, list it on the MLS, and pay fees of around 6% total commission.

FSBO generally receive little exposure and have no professional help to navigate the complex process of listing and selling a home. They also have little access to professional marketing, professional photography, or mass listing distribution, or showing assistance. Then once a suitable buyer is found trying to understand the complexities of getting a transaction closed on schedule are difficult. Selling by owner usually means you have limited access to legal help when needed. We help solve both of those issues by giving your home massive listing exposure on thousands of websites. Once a suitable buyer is attracted we help with contracts, addendums, and legal disclosures.

Mostly the fees- their costs are outrageous! We use technology to create efficiency never seen before in the real estate industry. By embracing these new technologies we are able to pass substantial savings onto our customers. There are many Realtors and Brokers out there that are happy to do things the traditional way. They have big offices, big cars, and big overhead that does nothing to help you sell your home. We however have chosen to innovate and create the future of real estate AND huge saving for home sellers.

Once listed our concierge listing service helps you find any services that you may need. Because we are all about transparency, it’s best for us to suggest local options for the services you may need. You then shop with, pay, and work with the provider that suits you. Again it’s all about transparency, we are not charging you fees for services you don’t need. Other brokers have a one-size fits-all approach to their high commissions. Our a la cart approach keeps cost of selling you home both low and fair.

First, we understand that not everyone needs all services when it comes to selling your home. For example, you may or may not need professional photography, a yard sign, or showing appointment concierge. You may, or may not, wish to pay a co-broker commission. While co-broker commissions may speed up the pace at which your home gets shown, they are typically pretty expensive at 3% of your sales price. Our service is only $1,500 and includes massive listing distribution which can include your contact information for buyers to contact you directly.

We distribute your listing everywhere!  Many homes, especially those that are turnkey and located in desirable newborn odors do not need to pay a large finders fees to agents. Today, buyers are well aware of new listings in the areas they are looking thanks to apply like Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, and dozens of other home search apps and websites.

Once you decide to list with us, we charge just $99 as an upfront fee.  This is all it takes to get started.  You agree to pay the lowest TOTAL commission anywhere- only 1.5%.  We then list your home on the MLS and thousands of websites

Data shows that a well-priced home will go under contract within 15 days within 5% of the asking price.  If your listing suddenly starts feeling “stale” you have a couple of choices.  First you can reduce the price.  This will often re-ignite new invest in your home.  You also have the choice of increasing the buyer agent commission.  While our goal is to help you sell at the lowest possible commission, sometimes offering a larger incentive to buyer’s agents can produce more showings.
